At Life Source Massage Therapy we believe in the therapeutic and stress relieving benefits of massage therapy. We are committed to provide a safe and nurturing environment by our licensed massage therapists every time you visit our office. If you've never visited Life Source Massage Therapy or have never received a professional massage, we would like to take you on a quick tour of what you can expect.

 

Getting To Know You

At Life Source Massage Therapy, it’s all about you – from the moment you walk in the door until the time you leave! When you arrive at our office, your therapist will greet you and ask you to fill out our Client Intake Form. This form will provide your therapist any medical history, past/present injuries and other physical conditions that will help tailor your session to meet your needs.  In order to provide the best care, your therapist will review the Client Intake Form with you and will ask the reason(s) you are coming for a massage, the expectations you may have, and any specific areas in which you are experiencing pain or would like addressed during your massage. Together, you and your therapist will work to meet your goals for your massage.

 

The Massage Therapy Room

Your massage therapist will then take you to a peaceful room where a comfortable and warm massage table awaits you. At Life Source Massage Therapy, you can expect a tranquil and relaxing environment during your massage. The massage table is padded and an adjustable heating blanket is placed beneath fresh clean sheets. There will be relaxing music playing.

 

Your massage therapist will leave the room to give you time to disrobe to your level of comfort. Some clients prefer to completely undress, while some will remain partially clothed. Once disrobed, you will lie on the massage table between the sheets. Before re-entering the room, your massage therapist will knock before entering. During the massage, you will always be covered; an additional blanket is available upon request. Your massage therapist will only uncover the part of the body they are working on, ensuring that your privacy is respected at all times.

 

Your Needs First

Before beginning the session, your therapist will ask you to let them know if a technique

or stroke they are using is uncomfortable during your session. Depending on your specific needs or requests, your massage therapist will either perform a customized full-body massage for relaxation or focus on the specific parts of your body to provide therapy.

Relaxed Rejuvenated and Revived

Once your massage is completed, your therapist will leave the room so you may re-dress. Your therapist will meet you in the front area with a refreshing bottle of water and will answer any questions you may have about your session. You can also reserve your next massage with your therapist before you leave.
